As a professional project manager with six years of industry experience, I was used to working on complex projects and completing them on time and within budget. However, clearing my grandparents' home brought a unique blend of logistical planning and emotional sensitivity. It was a great result, and ultimately, this allowed my family the space to process our loss and move forward.
