Can I set a minimum price?

However, we cannot guarantee the total value of sold items. If you have specific expectations for the total value or particular items, please inform us in writing at least seven days before our services commence.
What happens if my items don't sell?
If your auctioned or consigned items don't sell, they must be collected within the timeframe set by the seller. We can handle collection and delivery for you, but this will incur additional costs not included in the initial quote. For items unsold on online marketplaces after 30 days, we'll choose the best disposal method, which may involve donation, recycling, or disposal. Items with low commercial value are often sold at low prices or donated to reduce waste.
What is considered valuable?
Valuable items include genuine antiques, retro items, collectables, high-quality furniture, art, jewellery, and unique or rare items. Our team assesses each item's potential value based on various factors such as age, rarity, brand, and condition. We then decide the best avenue for sale, aiming to maximise your financial return.
How is the price determined?
Prices are determined based on market value, item condition, and demand. We can also conduct appraisals using our network of experts. However, in the second-hand market, typical household items often attract relatively low prices unless they are near new, genuine antique, retro, in another category with strong buyer demand, made by a renowned craftsperson or artist, or carrying a brand name.

What are your payment terms?
For your peace of mind, our payment structure begins with a 50% deposit before the job starts and concludes with the remaining 50% upon job completion. This ensures a risk-free experience, and you are satisfied with our services before final payment. We provide detailed invoices and accept various payment methods for ease and convenience.
